Afraid of Heights was the first album Casati recorded before officially becoming Casati. It features 11 tracks, (8 original compositions and 3 jazz standards), filled with raw emotion and rich stories.

Recorded live off the floor in studio with fellow musicians Quintin Bart (Bass) and Jesse Popeski (Guitar) the album has a rare live quality. 2 tracks feature follow Winnipeg musician, Raine Hamilton on back-up vocals and fiddle.
