CASATI presents There Will Be Days

CASATI, a folk trio from Winnipeg is made of Grace Hrabi on ukulele, Jesse Popeski on guitar, and Quintin Bart on bass (and sometimes hurdy-gurdy), with all three contributing vocals.  Their music is folky, but is influenced by our background in jazz as well as other genres with a strong emphasis on honesty, sincerity and playfulness in the lyrics.

On April 7th 2017 CASATI will release their debut album, There Will Be Days, which was recorded this past January over two long days snowed in at engineer Don Benedicton’s (Oh My Darling, Bros. Landreth, Barta) studio in Roseisle, Manitoba.  The album was mostly recorded live off the floor, with few overdubs or edits, giving the album the feel of listening to a live CASATI performance.  All ten songs on the album are originals, written, arranged, and produced by the band.
